No card payment is taken online. After you place an order we email payment instructions for PayID, Wise or crypto. Your order is confirmed and dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are dispatched from within Australia, generally within one business day of confirmed payment, and typically arrive in 2–5 business days depending on your state. Shipping is a $15 flat rate, and free for orders of $200 or more. All packaging is discreet and unbranded on the outside.

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent Australian laboratory, and each vial is printed with a lot number. Quote that lot number to support@australianpeptides.net and we'll email the matching batch-specific COA within one business day.

Storage requirements are listed on each product page. As a general guide, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are best kept desiccated at −20°C and protected from light before reconstitution.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days for a replacement or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
