These terms govern your use of australianpeptides.net and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Research use only

All products supplied by Australian Peptides are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and forensic purposes by qualified professionals. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not a drug, food, cosmetic or therapeutic good. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or as a qualified researcher, and that you accept full responsibility for lawful, safe and compliant handling, storage and use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to order. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and intended use comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

3. Products and specifications

Each listing shows the product's specification, including purity threshold and storage requirements. Because purity is tested per batch, batch-specific certificates of analysis are available on request by quoting your vial's lot number. We may update product specifications, availability and pricing at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not process card payments online; payment is made manually via PayID, Wise or another method offered at checkout. After you place an order, we email payment instructions. An order is only confirmed and dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or product errors, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from within Australia, generally within one business day of confirmed payment. Shipping is a $15 flat rate, free for orders of $200 or more. 6. Cancellations, refunds and returns

Your rights to refunds, replacements and returns are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and preserves your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, imagery and layout — is owned by or licensed to Australian Peptides and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, Australian Peptides is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the misuse of products supplied, or from any use other than legitimate laboratory research. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which Australian Peptides operates. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
